A learner centric approach

Workplace Mindfulness training (WorkplaceMT) teacher training has been developed specifically for those who will be delivering mindfulness at work. Applications to attend WorkplaceMT trainer training are open to those who have previously attended mindfulness training as a participant, have experience in the workplace, and have established their own mindfulness practice. Our Workplace Mindfulness teacher training adopts a learner centric approach, adapting the course to the needs of the individuals, allowing more or less time for teach backs, group learning or theory input according to their needs and preferences. Our training is constantly evolving as new research and best practice emerges, and we are working hard to ensure WorkplaceMT becomes the gold standard work workplace mindfulness based interventions.
